A Bit short aftertaste but best beer so far in malaga. Nice hops. No alco taste.

"We have known from the start that we would always focus on quality rather than quantity."
Years of friendship in which we have shared everything even our love of making beer for our friends and family. One day we decided how nice it would feel to broaden the possibility of allowing more people try our flavour full and unique beer. Buckets, pots, pipes and malts…. and after many trials we started to get closer to our goal. The next step was to establish “La Ola Brewing”. The journey we have started will be far from easy, but we are ready for the challenge and feel sure it will be worthwhile.
We are lifelong friends and have always enjoyed doing things together. So close, so far, so similar yet so different. One optimistic and imaginative, the other realistic and wise, we feel our qualities make for a great combination that works well. We are both very hardworking and with a united ambition: to create a special beer, different, unique and memorable. Our time has come.
Our requirements for the factory were clear and the search for a place to set it up wasn't easy. After months searching, we found it. A total blank canvas. With a lot of effort, we created what is today, our factory. Our equipment and fermenters from Italy, the remaining installations from here and there. The Malt? - A British historic. The hops and yeast? , the necessary to give us the flavours and character we want. The water? from Mijas, of course!
